Refund and Return Policy
At Realmmint™, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Original condition: The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase: A receipt or order confirmation must be provided.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@realmmint.com. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your item back.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We ask that you inspect your item upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., grooming tools)
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
Additionally, we cannot accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or item? The fastest way to exchange is to first return your original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return or cancel your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
